CHINESE WHISPERS – PART 4

**************************

Words got out.

Secrets leaked and poison spread

Fast and stark, it was laid bare

The falsehood, unveiled and brought to shame at the foot of truth.

Containment failed and words got heavier

Those who live in glass houses

Threw stones sky high

Oh dear!

Whispers rumbling

Crumbling and tumbling friendships;

Whispers that shoots down mercilessly at valiant defenses

Scoffs, hoots and then spews

Truth.

Found robed in falsehood

Whispers, shivers ever so slightly

Then marches on….

*********************************************************

…To be continued.
